J. Kaiser, Inc. originally began operation in 1989 in residential construction. Over the past several years, the company has transitioned out of residential work and now devotes itself to commercial construction and development, including office buildings, apartment complexes, condominiums, and subdivisions.
Jerry and his wife, Marcia, have managed the company since inception. Their children, Carmen and Brett, and son-in-law, Michael, are active in the company as well.
J. Kaiser, Inc. is a small company, employing less than 15 people and serving the central Illinois area. Our employees have a tenure with the company ranging from two to nineteen years.
